Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope that you love your One Gin as much as we do, but if for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase or it’s not what you expected then please drop us an email at gin@thespiritofone.com and we’ll do our best to help.

We can offer a full refund for the value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

  • You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Unless faulty or damaged, your items must be returned to us in a resalable condition. They must be unopened and untampered with, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
  • Please send any return items in appropriate packaging to the following address, with a note inside detailing your name, order number and postcode of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return, unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost.
