One Gin Brunch

This is One brunch you won’t forget anytime soon.

Set in the beautiful Mews of Mayfair, one of London’s best-kept secrets, your gorgeous brunch will feature two delicious courses accompanied by three fabulous cocktails.

You will be sitting in The One Gin Gallery, a dining room opening on to one of London’s historic courtyards. Decorated in teals and coppers, it features a bespoke wallpaper which highlights the flora and fauna of the countries supported by The One Foundation; One Gin is a unique gin which was created to delight your palate of course, but also to help fund water projects in the world’s poorest communities.

Tickets: £50 for two including your own ‘little One’ miniature to create Mimosas at home.

Sourdough Prosciutto & Buffalo Mozzarella Wrap, Sundried Tomato, Rocket

Crushed Avocado, Poached Eggs, Sweetcorn Fritters (v)

Pina Colada Pancakes, Pineapple, Coconut Yoghurt, Rum Syrup (v)

Cinnamon French Toast, Caramelised Banana, Nutella (v)

Chocolate Mousse, Toasted Peanut Butter Marshmallow

Developed by our very own master bartender Joe Wood, these will kick off the day in style.

One Sage Gin with lashings of spicy

seasoned Tomato juice & Celery.

St Clement Royal

One Sage Gin, fresh Orange & Lemon

spritzed with sparkling wine.

Breakfast Martini

One Sage Gin shaken with orange

marmalade, Cointreau and fresh lemon

juice, served straight up.
