20ml One Port Barrel Rested Gin
20ml Pommeau
20ml Cocci Rosa Vermouth
Method
Chill your ingredients, glass and tools. Stir all ingredients well in a mixing glass with lots of fresh ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and finish with a spritz of lemon oils.
