Ingredients

50ml One Gin, Sage & Apple
2 thin slices of ginger
20ml lime juice
1/2 barspoon of caster sugar

120ml Ginger Beer (we like to use Double Dutch)

Method

Muddle the ginger slices, lime juice and sugar in a mixing glass.  Add the One Gin, Sage & Apple along with plenty of ice and shake well. Strain into a collins glass full of ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of apple and fresh sage.
