Port Gin Cobbler

A berry twist on the traditional cobbler. Perfect for a lazy afternoon.

INGREDIENTS

40ml One “Sage” Gin
30ml Ruby / LBV Port
20ml cassis
10ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
3 x blackberries
2 x orange slices
2 x lemon slices
1 x sprig of fresh mint

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients into a shaker, shake briefly with cubed ice and strain over crushed or cracked ice. Garnish with blackberries, orange and lemon slices and a sprig of fresh mint.
