60ml One Sage Gin
2.5ml orange curacao
1.25ml sugar syrup
1 dash orange bitters
METHOD
Shake all the ingredients well with ice, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Express all the oils over the drink and then wipe round the rim.
